Can I turn off 2 Factor Authentication (MFA)?

In a single word, No.

As part of a new Cyber-Security mandate passed  by the ACCS board in late 2020, MFA, or 2 factor authentication, cannot be turned off or opted out of as it is a requirement. It is also a large part of Jeff State's Cyber-Security Insurance policy enacted to protect our systems from hackers as well as keeping  your information safe and secure.

Setting it up is as simple as putting a phone number in that our system can call or text a number to for you to enter into a field proving that it is you. You also have the ability to add a secondary phone or use an authenticator app.
