Issues that cannot be resolved by the ACCS Support Center will be referred back the the JSCC Helpdesk during normal business hours, but the ACCS Support Center should be able to handle most technical issues involving Blackboard and related technologies like: Blackboard Collaborate, Zoom, lecture capture and online test proctoring. Some issues like: grades, retaking tests, accessing overdue course assignments or missing course content/information can only be handled by the instructor teaching your course.
