How do I get help with admissions, advising, transcripts or financial aid questions?

If you are looking for assistance with Enrollment Services (Admissions, Advising, Records, Financial Aid, etc.) issues, please refer to the following contact information. The JSCC Helpdesk is primarily for resolving technology and user account-related issues and not for specific questions pertaining to Enrollment Services. If you contact the helpdesk with enrollment or financial aid questions, we will do our best to refer you to the proper areas, but often it is faster and easier to contact these departments directly.
