How do I upload a recording that fails to upload?

To salvage the recording, you have to leave the techsmith preview window open with the recording. DO NOT CLOSE THE PREVIEW as that deletes the recording and the temp file (I learned the hard way). You then find the temporary file: Hit windows key + R and in the run command type in: %temp%, then hit ok. From there you are looking for the file named "__tempRecordingX.mp4

I then copy that file and paste it into my course folder. I can then upload it to stream and/or to techsmith manually. FYI - I was able to successfully upload to both stream and techsmith this way even though I had problems uploading directly to techsmith right after my recording.
