MFA Authentication
Do you need assistance setting up MFA so that it will get a code sent to your phone?
Step 1: Go to Jeffersonstate.edu to begin.
Step 2: Click on O365 link to begin the process.
Step 3: You will arrive at the sign-in screen where you will use your jeffstate email/password combination.
Step 4: Enter your password.
Step 5: If you have your number already entered into the system you will receive a text or a call to that number where you will enter the Numerical code in this box and click the Verify button.
Step 6: After you have verified your identity, you will be asked if you wish to stay signed in. If you are on a public computer (ANY computer that is not your personal property) then click No, to staying signed in.
Step 7: You will then be presented with your inbox.
This all seems to be a lot more complex and complicated than it really is. Once you have this setup it will become second nature to login and grab your phone just as you hit enter.
