Trouble Logging into Blackboard?

There are several reasons why you could be seeing this error. The 2 most common reasons though, are:

  1. You are not registered for any classes. If you feel this is in error, then you will need to contact the helpdesk@jeffersonstate.edu and we will route you to the appropriate department.
  2. The most common is your courses have not synced up with Blackboard yet. This means that Blackboard does not know who you are nor why you want to use the App.

Basically all this means is: Blackboard does not have your login information so it will not let you log in. You will not be able to view your classes until the very first day of the new semester anyways, so relax, the time for hard work and studying will be here soon enough, do not rush it.
