Setting up MFA for your account.

If you have already tried setting this up, just send me a copy of your photo ID. 

If you cannot perform the following steps, please send me a copy of your photo ID (front side only) and I will reset your MFA method so you can update your authentication app. 

On your PC or in a browser on your phone: 
1. Log into outlook.office.com and sign in with your A#@alabama.edu username/password.
2. Once your password is accepted, you will be asked to secure your account. 
3. Click on next until you see the QR code. 

On your phone:
1. open the authenticator app and delete any mention of your ACCS account if there is one available. 
2. Now go back to the main page and click on the + sign in the upper right corner. 
3. select work/school account. and it should ask you to scan the QR code. 

On your PC or in the browser on your phone:
1. Select next on the QR code. It will ask you to test this setup. Follow the prompts
2. After successfully completing take a victory lap around the building high fiving whomever allows.
